GRPMS today completed the purchase of Ashland's Estonian distribution company, Ashland Estonia OU, all the employees from the Ashland business transferred to the new business, GRPMS Estonia OU.

Following GRPMS successful acquisition of Ashland's Scandinavian distribution businesses in 2005, this new acquisition will contribute to GRPMS growing presence in the region and further cement the already close relationship with Ashland.
